VB Ambassadors

A brand ambassador for Vera Bradley is someone who has a love and loyalty for the brand and shares our core values. Brand ambassadors share their enthusiasm for the brand with their network. Each brand ambassador is supplied with a unique code and link to share with their friends, family and followers. When someone makes a qualifying purchase with the code or link, they receive 10% off and the VB Ambassador receives at least 10% commission.

Your participation in the VB Ambassador program is governed by the Program Terms and Policies, which contains the program's rules. VB Ambassador applications are subject to Vera Bradley’s approval in its sole discretion.

1. Must be 18 or older to be a VB Ambassador.

2. Do not comment with your VB Ambassador code or link on any Vera Bradley social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.), even if you see another VB Ambassador doing it.

3. Similarly, do not post your VB Ambassador code or link to any posts from Vera Bradley wholesale accounts or stores that carry our products. Also, please do not go into stores that sell Vera Bradley and share your code with customers. This will cause you to be removed from the program.

4. Do not sell Vera Bradley items on e-commerce platforms (eBay, Facebook, Poshmark, etc.) or at events of any kind (ex. farmers' markets, etc.) Active and past resellers of Vera Bradley products will not be eligible to be part of the VB Ambassador program. Being a VB Ambassador does not mean you are a licensed Vera Bradley retailer.

5. Do not add your VB Ambassador code to coupon sites. We check these sites frequently. If we find your VB Ambassador code added to one of these coupon sites, you will be notified immediately and this will be cause for removal from the VB Ambassador program.

6. Remember that the VB Ambassador program's purpose is to share your love of Vera Bradley, bring new women to the brand and create a positive and supportive environment.

7. Be kind and respectful to all other VB Ambassadors.

8. Uphold the core values of Vera Bradley: Kindness, Ingenuity, Tenacity, Optimism, Thoughtfulness and Empathy.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. This is company policy. A few exceptions would be:
• If your name is legally changed (ex. you get married, divorced — we understand these changes happen!)
• Your name is misspelled.
• Your code is leaked on a coupon site.

Your VB Ambassador code or link cannot be combined with any other discount code at checkout. If another code is added to the order, it will negate the shopping link credit and show as a “Denied” sale in your account.

However, your VB Ambassador code or link can be used during promotions that are automatically applied at checkout, such as 25% off Crossbody and Tote Bags.

Once accepted into the program, you’ll receive your LIVE URL, which will be your go-to for everything you need! There, you can keep track of your sales and commission, update shipping or payment info, or find your Ambassador code and link.

As a reminder, this account is separate from your verabradley.com account that you use for shopping. You cannot purchase items through your VB Ambassador account.

We will often send emails to our VB Ambassadors to ensure you’re up to date on our latest launches, events and collaborations. Please keep an eye out for these emails with important information.

The affiliate shopping link or VB Ambassador link makes it easier to share your ambassador code digitally and via social media. The link takes them directly to the website and automatically applies your ambassador code to their order!

Commissions for qualified sales will be paid out 60 days after the purchase, as customers have 60 days to make a possible return. To make VB Ambassador payments as easy as possible, we pay VB Ambassador commissions via PayPal, a free service that’s easy to sign up for. To apply as a VB Ambassador, you are required to have PayPal to sign up. To get started, head to paypal.com to create your account. Without a PayPal account connected to your Ambassador account, we won’t be able to pay you a commission.

While applying for the VB Ambassador program, you must fill out your PayPal email address. Please know that this must be the email you use to log into your PayPal account, NOT your PayPal link.

If you no longer want to be a VB Ambassador, you can do that through your Live URL.

Not typically. We offer VB Ambassadors 10% off your order on verabradley.com and in stores with code “AMBASSADOR10” to help you purchase the latest products yourself (excluding licensed items).
