Our official Facebook pages are Vera Bradley and Vera Bradley Outlet Store. There is a blue verification checkmark next to our page names, which is a good way to verify authenticity. Please look for the blue checkmark.

Fraudulent Websites

Unfortunately, there are fraudulent websites that may use our copyright-protected marketing/product images and trademarks without our permission. Most of our customers are introduced to these fraudulent websites through ads on their personal social media accounts. These sites offer “too good to be true” discounted prices and trick customers into purchasing, since customers believe the websites are affiliated with Vera Bradley. Customers who purchase do not receive merchandise in return for their payment. Many of these fraudulent websites include the term “Vera Bradley” or misspellings of "Vera Bradley" in the domain address. Common terms found in the domain addresses are, "VB", "VIP", "Shop", "Top" and "Deals" although many other terms are used.
