First of Fall: An Inside Look at the New Season with Chief Creative Officer, Beatrice

Posted by Ava Kuhn on

Fall arrives with a new focus on connection. As days become shorter and temperatures shift cooler, we enter a new season of much-anticipated gatherings. We’re going back to school, reconnecting with family and friends, and once again planning those simple moments that make the season so very special: autumn bonfires, football tailgates, family fall breaks, leisurely long weekends and spontaneous get-togethers.

We checked in with our Chief Creative Officer, Beatrice, to see what we can look forward to this fall (read ALL the way to the end because she gives us a BIG hint at a reimagined heritage pattern that's coming soon!)

“This collection is for our community of dreamers and doers, creatives and curators, planners and protagonists who make the most of all the fall season has to offer."

“From busy weeks to weekend adventures, we’ve planned this collection around her on-the-go lifestyle. While we might not all be traveling in the traditional sense, we’re still out and about and on the move. So this season, we're offering our classics, like the duffel and our best-loved backpacks, in fresh colors and patterns. We're also adding newness with great everyday bags and some home items as well (which I’m obsessed with!!)."

"We’re so excited about our new solids, too. Galaxy Gray is a gorgeous neutral that works year round and goes with everything. Goldenrod is an autumnal yellow that feels like sunshine on a chilly day. And happily, they’re also super on-trend! Very reminiscent of Pantone's colors of the year."
"To add a little more fun to fall, we have some classic Vera Bradley novelty, too, with everyone’s favorite cute critter: sloths! This print has lots of little surprises hidden within it (I personally love the baby sloth!!), and comes in a beautiful, denim-friendly teal color."

What’s next?

"Our September offering is a twist on a very famous blue and coffee-colored heritage pattern, and we have two new patterns in October for the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer. Oh, and there's a magical new collab in there, too!"

We can't wait!
