Allen County War Memorial Coliseum
4000 Parnell Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805

What products will be available?
Products available at the Sale are primarily retired and overstock items. One of the best parts of the Sale is seeing what surprises are in store! You’ll be able to shop row after row of thousands of fantastic finds — handbags, travel items, accessories — all at can’t-miss prices. Sale attendees will also get to shop our yet-to-be-released new Factory Outlet Store pattern: Tropical Evening.

Do I have to register to attend the Annual Outlet Sale?
You need to register if you plan to make a purchase at the Sale. Please remember to bring your photo ID to the Annual Outlet Sale. You must provide your phone number and photo ID during the checkout process to locate your registration.

Do I need to register for each day?
You only need to register once for the entire Sale, regardless of day attending.

What if I don’t register?

Do I have to purchase a ticket?
Tickets are required for the first three days of the Sale: Wednesday, April 14 – Friday, April 16. Tickets are NOT required for the last two days — Saturday, April 17 and Sunday, April 18. We do encourage shopping early for the best selection.

How long do I get to shop at a Ticketed Session?
Ticketed Sessions (Wednesday – Friday) are 2 hours long. We encourage everyone to shop the main floor as long as possible, but we ask that shoppers kindly proceed to checkout at the end of their session.

What is an Early Bird ticket?
Early Bird tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster in February 2021 (date will be announced later!). Purchasing tickets early offers the best availability of shopping sessions and the issuance of an Early Bird coupon to be redeemed at the Sale.

I purchased an Early Bird ticket, how will I receive my discount at the Sale?
You should have been prompted to select your Early Bird coupon as an add-on item during the Early Bird ticket checkout process at Ticketmaster. To receive your discount at the Sale, you will need to present your coupon saved to your Ticketmaster account on your mobile device or in the form of a printed receipt sent to you by Ticketmaster in the mail, depending on your requested method of receipt delivery. There is a one coupon per ticket limit. You may be asked to show your Early Bird ticket at checkout to verify that your coupon is valid.

I have purchased tickets and will be unable to attend that session. Can I exchange my tickets for another session?
Please contact Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 to request an exchange.

Does the Vera Bradley Annual Outlet Sale offer sensory-friendly shopping?
This year, we are pleased to introduce a dedicated sensory-friendly shopping session on the advisement of AWS Foundation. The session is reserved for Thursday, April 15 from 7:30 – 9:30 am. When purchasing a ticket, make sure to select "Session 1 — Sensory-Friendly Shopping" reserved for anyone preferring to shop in a quieter, more controlled setting. Note that tickets for this session will be open to the general public, however tickets sales will be limited to 1,000 shoppers.

Should I expect long lines?
While we can accommodate a few thousand people at a time on the sales floor, there is the possibility there could be a short wait if the number of shoppers is at capacity. To bypass the lines and check out faster, you can purchase a Pink Fast Pass for a $20 donation to the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer as you enter the checkout area. For shoppers with medical needs, a special assistance checkout area is available.

Will the shopping area be cleared between each session?
The shopping area is cleared Wednesday through Friday between Ticketed Sessions, therefore we ask that you proceed to checkout as your session time is coming to an end.

Will there be a place for me to sort through all of my finds while shopping?
There is a designated sorting area inside the Sale where you can inspect your merchandise. Fire Code prohibits any sitting on the floor at any time, so be prepared to remain on your feet for the duration of your session (comfortable shoes are recommended).

May I bring an empty shopping bag into the Sale?
You will be provided with a shopping bag to use while in the Sale. No outside shopping carts, bags, or rolling shopper totes are permitted.

May I bring the pink mesh tote I purchased at last year's Sale?
Yes, you may bring your pink mesh tote to use for carrying your merchandise after you've checked out, but you may not use it for shopping. We suggest tucking it inside the shopping bag we provide upon entering so you have it ready for carrying all your great finds home.

Is there a way to ship my purchased items if I don't want to carry them home?
Absolutely! A UPS shipping station will be set up just beyond checkout — pricing will vary depending on weight, shipping method and destination.

What if I plan to travel with a tour group?
Groups of 20 or more arriving on a chartered bus may join our Charter Club for a minimal fee.
